Because we understand that you may feel overwhelmed by your medical condition, here are some answers to questions we often hear from our patients and families:

Where is your office located and where do we park?

The office is located at 2200 Philadelphia Dr., Suite 400 (near the corner of Salem Avenue and Philadelphia Drive). Use of the Good Samaritan parking garage is encouraged and parking tickets will be validated. Limited handicap parking is available immediately behind the office building. Does your office accept my insurance?

Our physicians accept many third party insurance plans, however it is highly recommended that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your appointment. Co-pays will be collected at the time of service.

Do the physicians operate at all local hospitals?

Because we want to give patients enough personal attention, daily rounds can be quite time-consuming. Therefore, WSV physicians primarily see patients at Good Samaritan and Miami Valley Hospitals.

Does your office accept Workers Compensation?

At this time we do not accept new Workers Compensation patients.
