Welcome to the Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation practice of Wright State Physicians. We provide complete orthopaedic care, from joint reconstruction and replacement to sports medicine and much more. The focus of our service is to provide individualized, comprehensive care to people with orthopaedic concerns. We specialize in careful diagnosis and "state of the art" treatment plans.

Our board-certified, fellowship-trained surgeons routinely handle the toughest trauma cases. Fully 30 percent of their referrals come from other orthopaedic surgeons. And with four fellowship-trained sports medicine physicians, we have the largest sports medicine team in the community.

In addition to general orthopaedics, each of our surgeons specializes in a wide range of areas including:

• Shoulder/elbow: total shoulder arthroplasty, rotator cuff disorders and complicated shoulder problems
• Wrist/Hand: fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, and arthritic problems
• Back: spinal traumatic injuries, adult cervical and lumbar degenerative problems, correction of spine deformities and lower back pain
• Hip/thigh/knee: total hip and knee replacement and arthroscopic surgery
• Leg/ankle/foot: Fractures and foot/ankle problems, including diabetic foot care
• Sports medicine: acute injuries, chronic instability and overuse syndromes

Our Physicians

All our orthopaedic surgeons are Board Certified or Board Eligible, which means each has met required education, operation and examination standards dictated by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Also, as faculty in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, our surgeons are constantly updating their skills and knowledge and thus ensuring they are able to teach tomorrow's physicians the latest in orthopaedic care.
