During normal business hours, please call (937) 208-6810. Once you have identified your most convenient location, we encourage you to have the majority of your visits at one office. For routine questions regarding medications and procedures during pregnancy, please refer to the patient care links on this web site.

Our physician team is available 24 hours a day on call. We use the Message Center for after hours phone calls. That number is (866) 200-1935.

Directions to Miami Valley Hospital Main Campus:

From the north: Take I-75 south to US 35 east (Xenia) exit. Continue east on US 35 (left lane) and take the Main/Jefferson Street exit. Follow signs to S. Main Street/Route 48, turn left. Follow S. Main Street to Wyoming Street. Turn left on Wyoming. At stop sign, go straight and parking garage will be on the right.
From the south: Take I-75 north to US 35 east (Xenia) exit. Continue east on US 35 (left lane) and take the Main/Jefferson Street exit. Follow signs to Main Street/Route 48, turn left. Continue as "From the north" directions.
From the east: Take I-70 west to I-675 south. Continue on I-675 to the US 35 west (Dayton) exit. Follow US 35 west to the Main/Jefferson Street exit. Continue as "From the north" directions.
From the west: Take I-70 east to I-75 south to the US 35 east (Xenia) exit. Continue as "From the north" directions.
From the west via U.S. 35: Take U.S. 35 east, past the I-75 interchange, to the Main-Jefferson exit (this ramp exits left). Continue as "From the north."
